The A Taste of Puerto Rico Festival has a history in Colorado that expands for more than 11 years.
 
The yearly event has undergone a few transformations and has grown to a widely known and respected Festival all over the state with 20,000+ in attendance. The tremendous efforts from the main organizers of the Festival, President Alvino Velazquez and Vice President Maria Arroyo makes the A Taste of Puerto Rico Festival event as to be known as one of Colorado’s largest festivals ever.
