About the Big Top and the Cirque du Soleil Village:

·       The seating capacity of the Big Top is just over 2,500.
·       The Big Top measures 167 feet in diameter, is supported by four 82-foot steel masts, and has more than 100 poles displayed all around.
·       The structure is secured to the ground by over 1200 four-foot stakes dug into the ground.
·       The cupola is located at 62 feet above the ground.
·       The light-colored canvas helps counter the effects of the sun hereby reducing energy consumption and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions.
·       On average, the site takes seven days to set up and three days to take down.
·       72 trailers are needed to transport the equipment from city to city.
·       The Big Top, the concession tent, and the VIP tent are entirely climate-controlled.
